Large Party & Event Booking Policies: (Friday - Sunday)
For Parties of 8-9 People: $100 Deposit and $75pp
For Parties of 10-12 People: $150 Deposit and $1,000 Minimum
For Parties of 13-19 People: $250 Deposit and $1,500 Minimum
For Parties of 20+ People: Restaurant Discretion
Deposits
All deposits must be paid by Cash App or Zelle in order to finalize your reservation. The deposit will be applied to your bill at the end of your reservation. If the minimum is not met the deposit application is forfeited.

Private Dining
Our Private Dining Room can be reserved with a $200 rental fee during the week (Monday-Thursday) and a $1,000 minimum spend with a non-refundable $250 deposit on food and beverage on the weekends (Friday-Sunday).
For a more customized, private experience, we offer our entire second floor of the venue for private dining and parties. The minimum spend for this experience varies - please call or email to inquire.
Friendly Reminders
- We do not allow split checks for parties that exceed 6 guests.
- The day of the event, we do require the entire party to be present in order to be seated.
- We have a 15-minute grace period and there is a 2-hour time limit on the table.
- We do not allow any outside food or drinks into our establishment. The only exception is cake or pastries.
- OUTSIDE CAKE/PASTRY POLICY -Guests are welcome to bring in outside cake/pastries for celebrations. However, please be aware that VICTORY RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE did not prepare, inspect, or serve this cake/pastry. By choosing to consume outside cake/pastries on the premises, you accept full responsibility for any illness, allergic reaction, or injury that may result.
A waiver form must be signed upon entry to the restaurant before serving. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. - Personal decor and balloons are only allowed for private parties, which requires an additional $100 non-refundable fee.
